I've been visiting this vet for a little over a year now and have taken all 4 of our cats here for specific things. I have never once thought that they overprice. I just took my youngest in to get neutered and it cost $497. We also had his fecal and blood tested and put in a microchip. I figured this would cost more than $500 so I was pleased when I heard the total. They proceeded to call and tell us everything was great after the surgery.
A few months ago I had a 3 year old pass on me due to leukemia and I brought him here to get his ashes and paw prints. Again the company did an amazing job and connected with Gateway to bring my little man home for me. They also had no problem with me bringing in the other 2 we had at the time to get tested for leukemia.
I recommend this place for anyone. They treat my animals and I with respect and kindness. I enjoy them talking to the pets and calling them by name, not by the type of animal.

Overpriced. Rude. Pushy. I went in for my annual checkup and the vet hadn't asked my name before recommending there own brand of food and giving me some canned sales speech. I've seen a different vet every visit and every vet seems to be the same. Rude, opionated, and pushy with upselling different procedures, food, extra blood testing, dental work etc. I will definitely be looking for a new vet.

Western Animal Clinic has cared for my pets for over 24 years. I am delighted with all of the staff. When a crisis happens they are always able to see my furry family quickly and begin the appropriate care and follow an ongoing treatment plan. When booking an apt for regular checkups, I have always been able to get an apt at a convenient time. The clinic hours are amazing and care is available 7 days a week. The doctors cover for each other so my pets have an accurate, accessable up to date profile at all times.
I must say I have not shopped around looking at prices as I believe quality care, availability, and kindness is difficult to put a dollar value on. I want the best ongoing care that is available and I have found this at Western.
