Have been taking our puppy to Neighbourhood pet clinic since January and cannot say enough about their staff and clinics. Always great service! If you have a new puppy, look into the "puppy plan"

Warm...Friendly...and supportive approach to caring for your pet. They prioritize the health of your pet while providing a risk assesment regarding what is immediate and what can wait. They are fair and honest with treatment options as well. Our 17 year old cat is thankful for the support Westmount Neighbourhood Pet Clinic provides.

Absolutely satisfying - The atmosphere and staff were well organized and inviting and Dr. Amanda Li was very kind, thorough and well informed.
Our puppy responded really well to her.
We love all the treats!
I had recently had a unpleasant experience with another vet clinic in London and Neighbourhood Vet Clinic is exactly the kind of service I was looking for.
A tad pricier then the last place but much deserved.

I dealt with a number of different vets in a short time when our Lab-mix got sick. Both the vets and the office staff are friendly, customer-service oriented, and focus on making all patients and their family welcome.
They offer an array of services, and have quick follow up times. From the very first visit they show a genuine interest in your animal companion and ensuring they are living a happy and nurtured life.
One of my favourite things is that they will offer to drop off medication, food or pet supplies to your home free of charge!
I will always recommend them to anyone with an animal.
