Our regular vet was booked so we went to City Vet. The receptionist and vet tech were very friendly. The vet on the other hand was awful. We went in for one thing and somehow the vet figured my dog had a bad ear infection in both ears. She took a sample from my dogs ear and said she would call back that afternoon with the results. Finally 4 days later they call and say he needs ear drops right away. I went to my regular vet for a 2nd opinion and the results showed my dog is very healthy with no infection! City Vet charged us over $400 for absolutely no reason! That's criminal! Never go here!

We have done business with City Veterinary Hospital at Medicine Hat for many years and have total faith in their vet services and support staff. We have referred many of our friends to this practice. Definitely would rate the practice a 10 out of 10.
