They saved our ass when Discount didn't have a car for our reservation. Bristol didn't have one either. But they organized one within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I have been renting cars from Bristol for a couple of years now and my experience has been stellar. I have received excellent customer service from Elias Nabi who was professional and extremely accommodative towards my needs. I highly recommend Bristol car rentals and especially the Milton location.

Had a great experience. Called in to book a 11 passenger van for my wife's 30th birthday and they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I received several emails confirming the truck and when I showed up they were ready and there were no surprises. The paper work was smooth and easy and the truck was in great shape, they even warmed it up for me. After the day was done and the truck dropped off the deposit was returned exactly as agreed. This really made a special day for my wife and her friends and was a fantastic experience, we are planning more outings and will definitely be back for another rental.
