This place is great!!! The prices are very competitive and they"re always running deals and discounts to make it even better. The studio is spacious, they have a salt wall which is supposed to enhance your breathing and a variety of classes which accomodate all levels and all ages, which makes everyone feel at home.

I have been a client of Rebirth in Milton for two years now and I am completely addicted to this studio. I usually attend 4-5 classes a week, and can honestly say that it is because of this studio that I have the most strength I have ever had. I typically attend power classes, but they have classes that would meet the need of every level of yogi. It is a warm and inviting studio with a positive vibe from the instructors and other clients! I would recommend to anyone.

I have been going to this studio for over a year now. I travel all the way from Guelph even though we have studios there just because I love the challenge of the classes and the great workout that I get! I love that I am challenged to push myself to my limits. I wish that I lived closer so that I could attend more frequently. This studio has really amped up my addiction to yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

I cannot praise this hot yoga studio enough!! I have been attending this studio for several years now and am empowered by my journey every single day. The instructors are incredibly skilled and in tune with the individuals in their class. I love the variety of classes that are available, depending on what my body is feeling on any given day. I have introduced many of my friends and family to this studio who now are on their own journey within the studio. If you are looking for a studio that has an inviting and positive vibe then I would highly recommend checking this one out!
