Rude manager called to ask where cab was and he had told me it had already been there when we standed outside for 40 minutes waiting for it all taxi service in milton is horrible and I would not recommend to anyone unless you absolutely need it even for the matter of fact that the manager started yelling over the phone like a child cabs always stink and drivers only care about fares and try to drive the long ways for more money.

Rude approach with customers even with ladies. unprofessional attitude. You may end up with no show of cab even.

Use their taxi service all the time. They're always there on time and professional. Give them 5 stars for their great service and rates!

I've used this company periodically over the last couple of years and they have gone from good to bad to shouldn't be in business. The last 4 calls have been terrible. Requested a minivan. One shows up missing a row of seats. How am I supposed to get 5 people in the car with only 4 available seats. Hence why I requested a van! The next time I requested a van, I got a car and inevitably ended up late to where I was going. A couple months ago they picked up my kids at one stop and left me waiting to be picked up at the secondary stop, went straight home. When I called to find out what happened he explained that the cab had asked the kids where to go. Well what's the point in asking me where the cab is to go when I call for a cab. Just ask me once I climb in. They left me stranded as they refused to send a cab for the same cost of what I would've paid had they not screwed up.
Today I called and the woman was raising her voice as I was inquiring about getting a minivan. Last time! AAA Black Cab is much better!

Would just like to thank this company for coming through in a pinch. Not only did they offer me a great out of town flat rate, they arranged my transport back, also at a flat rate. The drivers were early, cheerful and helped me load the car. The cause for the trip was stressful enough, to not have to worry about the logistics was wonderful. Was a great experience and will use them for in town trips as well.
