Visiting Kimberly's Studio has been a life changing experience. Not only is she the most kind & generous & professional esthetician I've ever met, I've connected with her on a spiritual level. Her creativeness & worldly approach to life is refreshing. Like most women, it's hard to find time for ourselves sometimes, but she made me realize that I am a priority. I won't let anyone else come near my eyebrows ever again! Just the other night, my boyfriend said "You have the most beautiful eyebrows I've ever seen"! It caught me off guard but certainly appreciated his comment! I look forward to discovering more of her services with her magic touch.

I have been going to Kimberly The Studio for over a decade, and there's no one else I would trust with my Brazilians! I remember when I first came to the Maritimes and no one was doing Brazilians, which I found to be a little odd, anyway, so I called her spa to ask since she was the only Aveda spa in the area, and she laughed on the phone and said she'd been doing them for years much to the horror of other spas. Also, she doesn't do waxing, she does sugaring, which is completely different, and much better for your skin. I have been to spas and salons all around the world, and Kimberly is by far one of the best, plus she's the kindest person, and very generous with her time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for sugaring, facials, body treatments, etc.

I do not normally leave such low reviews. But I felt this salon needs to have a few things addressed. I have huge issues with the way she sterilizes her tools. She waited until I was sitting there to do it... took them out a drawer and just washed them... this is not sterilizing.. also cut my skin when buffing and then blamed it on me having a prior scratch..which I did not. I also asked if she could do waxing on me and she told me how good she was at doing waxing and that she could,..but did not and didn't even explain why she couldn't just said appointmen's done... so strange.. there was alot of time wasted in my eyes getting infomation on me about a half hour which could have been spent waxing me..... I didn't understand this. I will not go back. :(
