Worst experience of my life ever: (dont go to this place ever if you have a choice)
- my car was given to somebody else despite of me having a valid reservation.
- instead of solving the problem, guy named Farhad (who appeared to have never taken a shower) tells me rudely that i should call budget call centre and leave the outlet. He starts closing the outlet at 6.45pm while the official timings are 7pm. I insisted not leaving the place until 7pm and called budget customer service from there itself.
-i also asked for his manager, but I was told that the manager will not be available for next two weeks and he laughed off.
- call centre staff acknowledges my concerns and tells me "sir , they have vehicles available But I am not sure why he is not giving it you". Call centre staff then apologises on his behalf and offered to pay for my cab ride to the airport to pick another vehicle.
- after listening to my conversation with call centre staff...this guy farhad calls the budget person at the airport who happens to be his friend (Alain) infront of me and tells him to give me a hard time.i goto the airport and to no surprise he very well obliged that and made me wait for one hour telling me that the car is getting cleaned. After one hour he comes and tells me there is no car available and I should goto other rental companies. I speak to his manager who acknowledged his mistake and immediately gave me a car out of no where and offered me a discount.

Best Budget location. This branch's manager and customer service are top notch and makes this location UNIQUE!

I had a bad customer service for several reasons.
Their IT system was down from Friday to Monday. They promised to send me the invoice per mail but they did not. I had to go back to the agency 3 days later to get it. No formal check when you get the car and when you returned it. Difficult to find a place to park the car at the return. I had to park it in the public parking of the Central where they have places, they charge me back 1 hour pf parking!
I had a bad customer service for several reasons.

Reserved a car and prepaid for it, yet when we arrived our car was given away and we were given attitude for not being there an hour earlier. Terrible service and with so many other options available, don't waste your time on budget or their untrained staff.
