I never leave feedbacks but this company's costumer service is awful. Just read the comments. By the way, they will hang up on you if you try to cancel your reservation. No remorse!

My parents rented from them and got scammed. We rented one of their trucks and were not satisfied with its condition. When we called to change it for another car, the owner "agreed" to give us a replacement vehicle. Instead he called the police and said that we were harassing him, he then took the car from us in front of the police officers. We only had the car for 2 days and were charged for 2 weeks. My parents tried to get the money back by dealing with the credit card companies but the owner had covered his tracks. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! They have 3 different websites with 3 different numbers!!

I rented a car for my wedding day. The only good thing about this place is that the car did in fact arrive. My ratings are primarily based off very poor customer service. On their website (do not use) I was overcharged 3 times the agreed rental amount. Upon coming back from my trip I sent an email to the customer service center who would tell me for the next two/three months that they were working on my return. After being fed up I got calling and I was told that no one was even looking at my return (this made me feel very worried about the legitimacy of this business). I was informed that the website system is broken and that it overcharges people once in awhile because it feels like it. I did kind of expect a premium service from a luxury car rental, but seems like they skipped on making a properly working website. After around 5 months of constant calling, constant informing me that the money was coming, I contacted Visa to file a dispute. Visa informed me they would look into it and wouldn't you know, in under a week the money was returned!

In short, save your money and the grief. They just don't treat your right, and I don't want other consumers dealing with the horrible service I had.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! Incredibly Rude on the phone. Wrong address to pick up the rental, and then make you feel stupid like you should've known where it is. Wanted a rental for my wedding day, and completely killed the pleasant mood I was in. Its been about a month and a half and STILL have not received my security deposit back yet. Calling, and NO ONE is answering. going to take drastic measures. Please, PLEASE avoid. You deserve better
