I started with a quote online and got a quick reply from a rep. Since not all the questions weren't answered, I called and the rep (the same that replied to my email) was extremely helpful and polite. I called back the next morning to confirm the reservation and everything was fine.
Showed up on the day of the reservation, on time. I was greeted by to reps, who were especially joyfull. We went over the contract. I asked for a second set of keys, no problem at all, I was provided with a second set. Since my return time was on a day they were closed, they told me to make sure the vehicule would be there when they come in to work (meaning that I could've brought it back in the middle of the night and they wouldn't have said anything) and to leave the keys in a box made for that purpose. One of the 2 reps showed me the vehicule, walked around with me to identify the scuffs and marks that were already on the vehicule. I signed the paperwork and I was on my way. My credit card was charged a couple of days after I returned the vehicule, for the amount that was on the quote. Will go back for sure!!
