Horrible service!! Waited at the hospital for hour and 45 minutes. Used them twice. Same story both times. Dispatchers are rude and of no help.

TVM scores high with me in terms of punctuality and patient care. The drivers are very courteous and eager to give the best service. I have seen them deal very well with difficult customers which is not always easy. The only problem is that they are most likely under-staffed. If you can during some times of the day, you are sent in circles , put on hold, transferred to another number and that number transfers you back to the first number where the whole frustrating process repeats. You must not call in the morning !!!...
Prices are quite reasonable tho. sure you can get a ride with a bus ticket via the STM, but service is fair at best.
