Worst service I ever had. Waited 8 hours and the doctor was not even friendly they all treated me like I was a burden to them and like I did not have any problems I just came to lose my time there.

The staff was extremely friendly. I was very happy with how I was treated, and how I had various health care professionals take a look at my injuries. They were very open about what was happening, and very clear about what the next steps to my recovery were. Special thanks/shoutout to William who helped bandage me up and reassure me that everything was fine. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Great phone manners. Patient-info guy spoke excellent English. He was very helpful tracking down an error that I made spelling a family name. He even suggested a tel. number I provided - was in a laboratory near where the person might be staying. Note that this is NOT a medical review.

Worst hospital experience of my life. The girl,Tamara at the inscription yelled at patients that she doesn't have time to register them. Then when I told her she can't talk to patients that way, she told me to go work there and then I should judge!!!!
Walked out after 9 1/2 hours without being seen by a doctor! 2 thumbs up for medical system I in Quebec!
