A good Hotel, not great. Currently there is massive amount of construction happening all around it and the noise is slightly noticable.
After all this hotel is located a minute walk from the Bell centre and what I would consider the downtown.
Also near by is a good offering or gentlemen clubs and bars and walking distance from a metro (subway station) and St Catherine's st. The staff are super nice and speak both good English and French

The location was great! Very close to restaurants and downtown. The Old Quebec is nearby. The room was on the 6th floor and is excellent. My girl loved the shower. Room was spacious and clean. Service was also fantastic. Gave us a surprise gift for our anniversary! Would recommend, fantastic value.

This hotel is a nightmare when it comes to cleanliness. I've given this hotel 2 months to make things "right". Dealing directly with the "Director of the front office" Mr.Oliver. He has promised to call me, email me, mail me something. But guess what...nothing. He provided fake promises. I had to proactively follow-up. He sent me a total of 2 emails and lies. I highly recommend to spend an extra $10-20 and stay at a different hotel. There is no on-site parking. There is a parking lot behind the hotel which is $30 for overnight.
Here is my story: I drove from Toronto to Montreal on business. Check-in at 10pm at night and checked out at 8am. Upon waking up I can see at the front entrance, there was pretty much an ant hill. This is disturbing as my dress shoes and my carry on was at the entrance of the door. My boss's room had his toilet erupting on its own (flooded his washroom).
Book this hotel at your own risk.

Room was small but good for one person. It is adequate for person staying there at night time. So if you want a place to just put your head down it is fine. Bring your ear plugs because I was near the ice machine and pop machines. All night I could hear the ice flying down and the cans of pop coming down. Had to get ear plugs for the noise. Also people would stand near these machines and talk loud during the night. Hope next time I go there would like the same kind of room but not near these machines. People are nasty....they do not care about anyone resting just themselves. Hardly slept first night until I could buy those ear plugs.

Fantastic location - lots of great shopping and restaurants steps away.
Room was clean and modern. Looked to be recently renovated.
Overall great value.
Only downfall is that there is no on site parking. I parked at the Sheraton up the street for $25/day.
