They helped me get a cheap room very last minute.
Check in and check out was very easy and fast.
The rooms and building were clean and well kept.
The hotel is a really good area downtown, close to shopping and lots of attraction and restaurants.

EVENT PLANNERS: I have used this property for the last three years and have no complaints. The general manager is great to work with and will take great care of you and your group from your arrival to your departure. We look forward to returning each year for our conference because we know the customer service is top shelf, that the food will be excellent, the hotel rooms will be very clean, and that our people will be well cared for. Great location and close to everything! Stop searching and book with them today!

Hotel staff beyond pleasant, very clean lobby and very clean room! Valet service very nice and helpfull. Cars are parked under ground across the street and safe. 100% worth the stay!

The Location of the hotel is great. Great for business and great for leisure.
Rooms are soon ready for updating, and parking is not easy. But all in all a good hotel with clean rooms.

The hotel is in a great location for getting to the Metro, restaurants, bars and other points of interest. The valet parking is very confusing with very little area to park for the check-in-process. The front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly. When we asked about a complimentary continental breakfast, we were told that the hotel does NOT offer a complimentary breakfast. This is not true because others have stated on Trip Advisor that they received a free breakfast. If it was not included at the price we paid, that should have been stated - not just that it is never offered. The room was fairly clean. We found a used bar of soap on the bathroom floor with a hair on it. So obviously the staff did not check the floor of the bathroom before leaving.
The concierge and valet staff were exceptional - very helpful with giving directions, maps and helping us to get a cab. I would give them five stars but not the front desk staff.
