Not like advertised on website and Facebook. Outside and hallways looked nice and professional looking. Well decorated but such a let down when I got to my room. Horrible lighting leaving the whole room in shadows, and rather depressing. Bed was hard and not comfortable to lay on and the whole room and bathroom could use some work. Lock to the room was questionable too. No way was I going to stay here. Thank goodness a friend took me in that night but the next day when I tried to get a refund for that day cause I didn’t want to stay the weekend there, they refused to refund me. Will never go back. Go here only if you’re desperate.

The rooms were small and dated but clean. Great location. The hotel is close to several restaurants and the metro. Breakfast is surprisingly nice and the guy who serves breakfast is very friendly.

Location, Location, Location. Close to all fun areas and old Montreal, by walk. You pay what you get. The hotel was decent and nothing fancy. Clean rooms. The promised Continental Breakfast was french style (I guess), not the american way. The building had a funny smell!! 4 Star for their effort and management attitude.

Private rooms are very nice for a hostel. Thoughtfully furnished with ample desk space and cabinets. Kitchenette has mini-fridge, sink, toaster and microwave. Bathroom is also spacious, has a shower and better toiletries than you will find at most 3-star hotels. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative would be is that the walls in the private rooms are thin and you can hear other guests. However, if you are used to staying in dormitory style hostels, then this may not be a problem. Also has dormitory style accommodation.
