This was the worst room I have ever seen. First of all when we arrived we had to knock on the door to be let in.. once we checked in we went up to the room, the smell in the hallway was terrible. We went into the room to find the room was not what we booked. There was 2 single beds instead of one queen bed. One of the beds were broken, there were holes in the walls and other patch work. Bugs crawling. We immediately left the room and went to leave. The man at the desk asked what was wrong and we explained the concerns.. he chuckled and said "that's your opinion and I have to respect it because your a guest". He didn't offer a room change- not that I would accept at this point anyways. He immediately went on to say that there was no refund and repeatly said "so your just going to leave and loose all your money"?. The only good thing is location although seems shady it's close to downtown.

It was a good place to spend the night. Nothing fancy but nothing really wrong with it either. The bed was a bit hard and the free breakfast wasn't the best but the staff was quick to get us an extra pillow and toilet paper when we asked. Would consider staying again on a budget.

I went to Hotel Elegant, just this past week, was in town for concert and stayed for 1 night. I found the motel was pretty good, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed and the TV worked, there was no A/C but they gave you a fan for your room which was nice. The free breakfast wasn't so bad, I had a muffin and a croissant, juice and coffee and was full all day after that. All and all, not a bad place to stay if you are just staying for the night.

Place was really nice. Breakfast was not my cup of tea but it's free so can't really complain. I love that they have a vending machine with green monster in them! Nice check in service. They speak English at the front desk but the breakfast lady does not speak English. Overall, I'd recommend and stay in this place again. :)

Don't stay here. I had a lot of stuff stolen at this hotel. The staff provided me with the security footage inside the building except for the hours I said the robbery could have happened. Every member of the staff gave me a different answer as to why that was. I talked to the owner and he said "this doesn't happen" and offered no sort of apology. It was very shady. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and there was no air vent in my room which made it very stuffy. There were tissues and crumbs on the ground when I arrived at the hotel. Find a different hotel to stay at because saving the extra money isn't worth it when you have $2000+ worth of stuff stolen. I had to spend my vacation dealing with the police instead of enjoying the lovely city.
