Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Continental breakfast was tasty. However, bring your own pillow!

This hotel was one of the best experiences I've had, especially a great price with free buffet breakfast, eggs were good as was the coffee. The parking underground $20 your car must be under 6 ft and a midsize max to fit which mines was. the rooms were very clean, updated and had an iron with board, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, coffee maker. overall I recommend this place to a large chain hotel, and it's downtown. yes the outside views aren't great but who cares. The customer service was A+.

The location of the hotel was ideal. We were able to walk to the old port, and were close to all major streets as well as to the university. In other reviews people commented on the fact that they didn't like that there were homeless people around, but honestly, it's a hotel right downtown what else would you expect? Any major city has its share of homelessness. We felt very safe and had no problems with them. In terms of parking, we were pleasantly surprised with how much of it there was, which can be a challenge in downtown hotels. The room was clean and had an a/c unit which made it more comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, free breakfast, clean room, and small kitchen in the room. I wish the parking was free but it's better than no parking at all. The underground parking has some steep dips and narrow turns to navigate, but your car is in a secure location, accessible only to guests and hotel staff. The hotel was in a great location, a walk away from downtown; also, we just happened to walk into a festival that kept us entertained for hours. The ninth floor patio offers a great view.
