Front staff was a little disorganised, and the room cards all malfunctioned, but otherwise it was comfortable enough. Skipped the breakfast next door to head down St Catherine's (Oufrier), which was nice and close and a much better breakfast with a better atmosphere

Convenient location, clean but out dated rooms and hotel. Some of the front desk staff were very nice but the gentlemen refused to give us more coffee for the Kureck even though we had paid extra to be 4 in the room. The ladies however were accommodating.

Stay here often. Sub ohm vaping sets off the fire detector in the room. Windows are screwed shut. Three premier rooms are cheaper and outdated. Stay in the executive rooms for newer and updated rooms. Even the outdated rooms are clean and are offered at a great rate. Parking is very limited. Best bet is to park at the Grande Bibliotheque. $10 dollars a day and is underground. Arrive after 6pm to not have to pay that days parking fee. Do not park on Labelle. Shady

Stayed one night on business. Hotel was sold out online but attendant was able to secure a room at a fair rate. Much appreciated. Will stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Its close to lots of things walking, and it very close to a major metro station which is nice for quick transportation around town. The room itself was clean which was nice i- but the carpet and walls/ceilings are in rough shape - and this was in a KING EXECUTIVE SUITE - I'd hate to see what the lower rooms were like. The bathroom was very clean and had maybe been updated sometime in the last 10 years, unlike the rest of the room. The bed was very comfortable and although the AC was old it still worked well. No late check out is a bit annoying 11am - not even til noon - a bit crazy! Overall not bad, I'd not like to stay there again but at least I know if I did it was clean.
