Not that bad for the location, but it seems they'll charge you a prime fee if you don't do a reservation before requesting a room. The price we received was more that double the reservation price and, Becuase I was on a rush I didn't check beforehand. Now I know.

Its a nice hotel. You get what you pay for !! And I say that as a good thing. People complain about the room sizes... But my wife and I came to Montreal to view the city, not sit our room. Very clean upon arrival, and everyone has been friendly ! And the location is perfect. Wifi and breakfast included and on site parking for 22$ is not bad at all. Overall a great stay!
Its a nice hotel. You get what you pay for !! And I say that as a good thing. People complain about the room sizes... But my wife and I came to Montreal to view the city, not sit our room. The only good thing I can say about this hotel would be that it is close to restaurants, bars and to shop. As far as the rooms are concerned, my college dorm was bigger and cleaner. I would not recommend hotel

No one says please, thank you, excuse me, sorry etc. A bus boy ran right into my boyfriend while he was getting breakfast, causing my boyfriend to spill his cereal all over and the bus boy just gave him a dirty look as if it was his fault. The hostess who checked us in did not ask us if we needed a parking spot, where we were parking, etc, even after we mentioned driving 7 and a half hours to get there, so we assumed when we were let into the underground parking garage earlier that day that we were allowed to park there. Later that night we had to find a pharmacy because I had a headache and needed some Tylenol. When we returned, we weren't allowed back into the parking garage. The same woman who checked us in then informed us that the entire parking garage was filled, that parking is not included in the cost and that we didn't tell her we needed a spot to begin with. We then had to find and pay for other parking at 11pm at night.
Overall, if you are stuck and can't find anything else available, this place will do the trick. Otherwise, I would advise going elsewhere.

The hotel was fairly decent, friendly staff and our room was for the most part very clean. Went here for a spontaneous trip from Ontario and just kinda booked whichever hotel. Hotel is in a good location (downtown) on one of the main roads. The room was small as it was only a 1 doublebed room. Bathroom could be cleaned a bit better but overall was not a bad place to stay for a few nights. Would stay again if I'm the city.
