I had a really good experience. This hotel was booked for work purposes. We had a group reservation, rented out and used two different meeting rooms. The guest rooms were satisfactory, modern, comfortable, clean. The meeting rooms were just as modern and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly (with the exception of one desk clerk). They have quite the collection of exercise equipment, and a heated pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business and pleasure.

This was our first time staying at a Hotel Universel, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling. Staff are friendly and helpful. The reason we chose to stay at this hotel was the price and free parking. It was reasonably priced so it didn't break the bank and the rooms where clean and well maintained.
We ended getting upgraded to a suite. Most other places I've stayed at, when they would say suite it would be a slightly bigger room. Not in this case. We ended up with an apartment! Except there was no fridge 😑, had everything else: microwave, dining table, couch, Keurig code maker, two TVs and a four piece bathroom (with a Jacuzzi tub). Even if we weren't upgraded the rooms where still nice.
Defiantly recommend staying here!

Great view, beautiful hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Even the in hotel restaurant was surprisingly impressive! Though I recommend not ordering the pizzas, they're just store bought frozen pizzas. The desert was phenomenal and dinner impressive. The parking is free and all day which is a bonus. My only complaints are the bathroom sliding doors don't leave much for privacy and the lack of washcloths was disappointing.

The location is great. Not in the center of the city but very close. There are also a lot of attractions in the area that you can walk to. The hotel has a wonderful shuttle service that is so helpful and useful. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and accommodating with inquiries and requests. The city is very acessable - we drove to the old city and put the car in a parking lot and walked around for the afternoon. Took is 10 minutes to get back to the hotel. You can also use the metro but we were with kids and found it easier to drive.

Great staff (front desk and cleaning) attached restaurant was clean and food was good. Wait staff and management was excellent. The indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and clean. The free shuttle was very convenient to get to the attractions close by. Would stay again and recommend. Rooms are a little small for families but almost average size.
