Clean hotel over all, a little old. Provide all day parking pass so you can go in and out all day and night, free WiFi and friendly bilingual staff. I had forget something in my room, I called later in the day and the staff was able to locate my possession and keep it for me at the front desk. Over all great stay, great front desk and free breakfast!

Stayed here with a large group of teens on an overnight trip from Ontario. Terrible hotel. They had all my students on multiple floors which is unacceptable and took over an hour to resolve the problem and still had us spread out over 3 floors!!! Not acceptable for 4 teachers and 17 rooms of students with 4 to a room! Rooms were not clean in any modern sense and not what we asked for when we booked over 8 months in advance. Some rooms had 3 beds while others had only one. Breakfast is a disaster. They bring out food at a snail's pace. Hot food disappears in 5 seconds and it takes 30-40 min to bring more. Coffee ran out and was not replenished for over 30 min. And the elevators!!!! Oh the elevators... try getting them to work. You'll be trapped for a while. Also, if you stop your bus for more then 2 min on the street the front desk personnel yell at you to move before the police fine the hotel?!?!?! Really? the police fine the hotel? B.S.

Nice clean hotel, and close to Chinatown which was a big bonus for US! Staff are friendly and the breakfast was remarkably good for a "free continental". As in the rest of that area, French is the main language, but all staff speak English and are more than happy to help.

The perfect downtown location, is in walking distance to Old Port, Chinatown, and St. Catherine. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed that the expansive kitchenette didn't have a cooktop, however we enjoyed the full sized fridge. The breakfast was complimentary and suitable to an array of desires. The rooms needed some work. There were tears in an easy chair, shabby bathroom walls, and the pillows are puny and marginally comfortable. The price point is higher than it should be for average accommodations, however the location is indeed central.

Good place to stay in downtown Montreal. Breakfast is decent and one bedroom suite was spacious with two rooms with double queens and one sofa bed. Parking is convenient under the building but daily rate is $26 CAD, not too bad but not free either. Hotel is close to Old Montreal (15 min walk), Chinatown (5 min walk). Lots of construction in downtown so be prepared to take couple of detours. Overall nice place to stay and good value.
