Don't arrive around 8h15 the security guy just yell at you to leave and when you ask a form to renew your card he yell that it dosen't exist...

Do not show up after 12 on Friday... They suggest early (open at 8:30 about 20 people waiting at 8:00 on a Monday.). Very efficient, but expect a wait when half the province shows up in the afternoon.

I have to say that the staff is bilingual and awesome. They are very nice, friendly and efficient. The wait isn't so bad and once I get to the counter the service was worth it.

Great place. Went here 2 times in 3 weeks and both times were good experiences. Bright staff, willing to help. Second time I had #23 in line before opening hours and I was about to leave seeing the amount of people, the room was nearly full and thought it would take a few hours before my turn. We decided to stay and it went so quick! Faster than the first visit lol and I had #3.
