Love that this gym has a women's section with all the machines/weights you need. Also love that the gym is open until 11pm on weekdays and 6:30pm saturdays, and 6 pm sundays. Great flexible schedule! (FYI spinning classes are included in membership!)

It's a really good gym stocked with their own very well kept equipment. The hours suck on weekends, and though. But top notch compared to other gyms.

Best Gym in town by far. Has all the lastest equipment, as they build manufacture their own machines .
Pros: Clean gym with a alot of space , Large lockeroom with clean indivudal showers including a sauna. Area for crossfit style training, punching bags, speed bag, battle ropes , a sled . Never crowded.
Cons: none in particular.
