Especially clean, one of the owners Mike is always on the ball. Great music at the perfect volume. Perfect Gym to train, and always to get motivated!!!

Toilets dirty sometimes, but that's not unexpected in a gym. Good equipment. Great eye candy depending on the time you go, and trainers are legit as hell. Biggest down side is spotty wifi.

A very affordable gym that has 4 functional squat racks/power racks and 3 bench press stations. Dumbbells go up to 150lbs. Couldn't ask for more.

What a great gym! Powerflex has great prices, which is the main appeal for me and a very nice atmosphere. The people who work out here are pretty intense and you feel motivated to put just as much hard work just by being near them.
I'd like to give powerflex a 5 star rating, but alas, it does have its flaws. We used to have free wifi and it's not available anymore. The equipment isn't as varied and state-of-the-art as other gyms, but it's almost always functional.
Overall, if you're looking to work out before anything else. I'd say go to Powerflex, it's not big on chit-chat and doesn't have the lavish or casual-friendly mood of other gyms, but it does the job and that's what I appreciate about it.
