My 15yr old had the best birthday doing this activity with her friends and siblings, ages ranged from 7-15yrs.The instructors were so friendly, fun and were great at catering for all the ages and abilities. I would definitely recommend this class for a birthday activity. Thank you Alissa

The place where it can all begin , or where you can be pushed to new heights. Lovely place offering classes for a fun way to excersise, or for the working artist to expand their circus vocabulary. Always such a good time and a really welcoming enivironment! Highly recommended !

I've been taking silks classes since the summer and I'm hooked! Alissa and the other instructors really know how to adapt each class and each move for each student so everyone progresses! The small class sizes give plenty of time for individual attention and Paragym has such a fun and inspiring atmosphere!

My daughter and her friends participated in a one hour session and they just loved it! They were all first timers and learned quite a bit... in fact they didn't want to leave. Very welcoming, friendly and clean place. Perfect for a rainy day!

Being in my late 20's, I find it hard to simply let loose and have fun like I used to playing in park or at the cottage. I had the pleasure of attending an aerial silks class with a few friends and had so much fun. It was Innocent, pure and exciting fun! It doesn't matter how old you are, this is a must try! You can truly feel that the staff, trainers and coaches are dedicated people who do what they love... to HAVE FUN! I can't wait for my next class!
