Amazing teachers! They had a really deep knowledge of the postures and were fantastic at giving precise instruction. I had a really great experience and even got some individual help in a large class. These guys know what they're talking about.

A great downtown location to practice yoga! I came to this studio in the summer of 2015 and was amazed by the knowledgeable teachers who helped me in my practice and introduced me to Iyengar yoga. Donna, Hart and all the amazing UYM teachers are there for their students and now with the addition of Ashtanga classes, they have something for everyone. Also, if you're looking into taking a Yoga Teacher Training (either basic or advanced), their trainings are amazing!

Very bad teachers, some speak very loudly and sometimes scream at the students, others like to humiliate students who do not have the perfect pose ... All this is so far from the Spirit of yoga .The only exception is Joanna Hunter who is a great teacher .

I took classes there for 3 years, the teachers are amazing. Loved the energy, they are not just yoga teachers, it's their philosophy for their everyday in life.
