Yoga Shak is a wonderful studio. The energy, teachers, space are all one of a kind. It is my home away from home. The main yoga room is one of the most beautiful I've yet to see. YSM is a true blessing.

Very cosy studio, where you can find a wide variety of styles, ranging from ashtanga to yin yoga. You can find the type of class that suits you and teachers are very attentive to their students. Once you get inside, you get this soothing atmosphere, putting aside your fast paced urban lifestyle. Truly a hidden treasure in the city! :)

One of the best places that I've been doing this incredible practice. No one like Yoga Shack Montreal. 100% recommended for beginners and experienced yogis!
