My 5month old had a great swim and the play area is nicely padded and stocked with toys. The staff seem to love babies and are very helpful.

My daughter spent all of 5 minutes in the water and really didn't enjoy herself. I was still charged 40$ for the spa (I guess that's what business is all about). Since she didn't like it, we went to sit in the play yard and saw tons of ants all over the place. Really gross.
It's a great concept but I feel like this place could be run better.

Amazing experience for the little ones. Parents also enjoy seeing the kids have fun. We celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday here. It was fun and nice but they I felt ripped off with what they charged us for decorations. I didn't have time to look for these things myself so I went for what they had but they really ripped us off. I understand they have to make a profit but please don't charge $65 for a banner that costs $3 (found out later about this)
