I spoke with Milada's receptionist Kassandra before booking my appointment for a facial and she was super friendly and answered all of my questions over the phone. Great knowledgable staff, very clean and professional service. No need to look any further, I'll be a customer here from now on! I'm also very happy with the GERnetic products I purchased there as well. I don't usually leave comments but felt compelled due to the great services they provide.

Love Salon Milada in all senses! The atmosphere, the products they use, the kindness they take care of you, the stuff and the service they give! Very comfortable and beautiful place. Recently had the waxing done there and also couple facial treatments. Adore the feeling and the results right after it. Thanks Milada!

Milada (the owner) was at the front desk when my cousin came for a wax around the end of April. She had been there a month earlier and received a $20 gift certificate via email for her birthday. According to their website, due to their "20 years promotion" the original price of $44 for the service was lowered to $27, which was also the price she had paid a month previously.
When she went to the desk to pay and told Milada that she had received the $20 gift certificate and would like to use it, Milada LIED and said that the price before the gift certificate would be $44. She said $27 price was because of a "student promotion" they had had at the time. She elaborated and told my cousin that there would be another student promotion around the beginning of May and that she should check their Facebook page for more information.
However, when we checked their Facebook page there was no mention of a student promotion, even months back. Furthermore, the website still lists the price as $27 due to their 20 years promotion even until now (July). I find it despicable that Milada herself (who had been identified by the staff working that day) would lie to her customers and OVERCHARGE them! If it had been a receptionist, we could see this as a possible misunderstanding. But when the owner of a business lies to customers to make more money, and moreover gives false reasons to support their lies, that is absolutely unacceptable! Do not recommend support this business and an owner who would display such fraudulent behaviour.
