I recently had a three hour spa treatment at the location at Rockland shopping center and I was extremely pleased with the result. It is a small but very comfortable spa and the baths, steam, arctic showers and salt waterfall shower unit where wonderful. I have had hundreds of professional massages and I must say that FATI the masseuse was one of the best I had ever had. I walked in with a week load of stress and FATI ensured I floated out the door when it wall all done. It had been a long time since I felt so relaxed and rejuvinated after a treatment. Highly recommended. Ask for FATI - you will not be disappointed. Big thumbs up.

Rude staff. The receptionist hung up on me twice when she didnt have an appointment available. And she barely spoke english.

Terrible. The first person we talked, when we walked by to take an appointment, was extremely rude, specially after we said we came via Groupon. We received the voucher as a gift and I thought about adding a massage to that, but she was so disrespectful that I gave up. When we showed for our appointment, the girl in front, although very gentle, explained the procedure all wrong. The steam output is extremely loud and abrupt, that we can't relax. The hot water (chromotherapy) is timed and we can go only once!
For the price we pay, there are much much better options in town.

HORRIBLE!! Worst client experience! My husband and I bought the Groupon promotion back in January 2012, and the only appointment they could give us was for end of march 2012. We weren't very happy about that but didn't let it get to us. Then a few days before the massage, after waiting two and a half months, they call to cancel because one of their masseuse was sick and they couldn't fit us both so they wanted to cancel my appointment and just fit my husbands. What's the point of a couple's massage in that case? Needless to say, the next appointment for me would be in august 2012. I wasn't going to wait that long. Anyways GROUPON was very kind to cancel our package right away and refund us immediately. I hope Groupon never does business with Narcisse Aqua Spa which would tarnish their brand name. One more thing, the receptionist who I dealt with was rude, and not cooperative. So, please, take my advice, as well as those who previously left their valuable insight, and do Not waste your time here, I'm certain you can find something much more worthwhile.

HORRIFIC !!! I have never seen such unprofessionalism...EVER !
The manager / receptionist ( NORA) should work at a truck stop cleaning toilets , she's completely clueless on running a salon or spa I'm baffled on how she got a job there ,she doesn't know how to take appointments or speak to clients.
As i arrived, i see her (NORA) telling off a client, the clients appointment was all messed up and they were blaming her ( Nora took the appointment of course it's all messed up ). The client walked out and Nora went on saying how she doesn't waist her time with " CHEAP COUPON PEOPLE LIKE HER "
But yet they make there money from these CHEAP coupon people !
They have no regular clients ....maybe it's because they don't know what the're doing ...from the stylist to the esthetics's
Horrible at there work and over priced
BUT They really like your $$$$ so just drop it off and Go Away pls !!!
