The place is huge, clean and well kept, however, the crowd is a different story. Everybody thinks he's hotter than everybody else, everybody looks down on everybody and nobody gets laid. It's same in all the saunas of Montreal, lots of attitude, scrawny twinks who believe they will be 20 forever, old men who think they are still studs, lots of barebackers, posers and so forth. There is not a single place to have a sip of water, which I think it's a really cheap move from the owners, probably to force customers to buy the overpriced stuff they have in the machine on the third floor. Most of saunas have a water fountain, GI Joe doesn't. The lockers are new, the WiFi works very well, and there there is a place to smoke cigarettes or weed on the rooftop

Fairly newly renovated. 4 floors with a rooftop patio. Rooms are quite small and basic (no TV). Nice, big dry sauna.

Pros: music, clean, terasse, tapless showers, big tv screens, great steam bath, hot sauna with tv, smoking room, lockers in rooms. Cons: some guys are misogynous and disrespectful towards transgenders.

This place is huge! 3 indoor levels above ground plus a rooftop terrace and a basement level. Very clean. Lots of play spaces. A fully stocked, private dungeon that you can rent, it's glass enclosed so you and your victims will be on display. Free lube and condoms. A large selection of toys for purchase as well. Crowd is 30 plus.
