This place is all smoke and mirrors, it's dirty, the steam room smells like human feces, the dry sauna smells like a sewage pipe and the customer service is as bad as can possibly be.The Latino guy at the reception is rude and aggressive towards the customers, he can hardly speak English and can barely speak any French and yet he manages to mistreat the customers in any language. The crowd is pitiful, mostly twinks on Tina, speed or any other synthetic drug, they can be bitchy and aggressive. Avoid coming on Sunday or whenever there is free food, I saw a couple of emaciated guys, half-naked, fighting over a slice of pizza

I have never had a bad time at this establishment when visiting Montreal. It is a "must do" place when I am there.

If you like the sauna scene this place is giving me in the middle of the village best times are 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. there's also an afternoon crowd places usually clean lots of nooks and crannies to explore and they have insurance specials all the time you can get a room or a locker

Very Dirty , the smell is awfull in there i was going to puke so i left after 15min in there. I've seen only old men . Dont go there you have been warned!

It's fine, and it's definitely the only passable location left in the city. Most time there are nice guys. Sometimes not tho, as it is never packed. Oh don't go on Sunday when they serve free pizza, all the welfare folks for the Projects around come in for food and free soap at 6$ all in. Nasty crowd :-P go a bit later, like 7PM when they finished eating and showering. Nice guys then.
