Best value for money when booking a massage. As a former athlete I like to keep up the habit of going for a relaxing massage at least once a month. Spa Diva has a really nice lounge area with teas chocolate and covered strawberries and a waterfall. You won't get this for the price anywhere else. Perfect for a relaxing massage.

I took my mom, sisters and sister-in-law to Spa Diva for an afternoon of relaxation and pampering before my wedding day. To quote my sister, "Best idea EVER." The staff set up a corner of the beautiful lounge area with refreshments for us to enjoy before our treatments. It was just what we needed to switch gears after a hectic week of wedding prep. Special shout outs to Ariane who made all the arrangements for me, to Natasha for a beautiful job on my nails and to Nathalie, my regular massage therapist.

Worst customer service!! I went there for a couple massage 50min for my birthday and it was the worst birthday ever. I went home crying on my birthday. So I booked a couple massage (My mom and I) the day before. On the day of my appointment, my mom and I arrived 30 minutes late because we were running errands for my birthday and were stuck in the traffic. When we got there, they asked us to pay first because the spa will be closed in 20 minutes. So we did. However, I explained to them that we were stuck in traffic. Yes it was our fault for being late. But it doesn't make sense to charge us $160 plus tax (it was $160 for 50min) for a 20 MINUTES MASSAGE. They can totally charge us two 30 minutes massage and that would be totally reasonable. I didn't enjoy the massage for one second I was there and felt so ripped off and stressed. This place doesn't value customers satisfaction first but rather money first. What kind of spa is this?? I don't recommend this place to anyone. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SATISFACTION, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! WORST EVER!

Did an acrylic gel manicure and it chipped off after a week.
Did a pedicure and the nail varnish smudged off once a wore my shoes.
Wanted to do a session of microdermasion and the lady wanted to sell me a package worth 1000$.
Ms. White at the reception is extremely rude.
I would give this place 0 stars.
