First visit. Very small rest/locker area...only 1 toilet. But nice view.
Had 3 treatments. Masseuse was experienced & all seemed fine. I did ask for certain body parts needing work but trusted her explanation to not comply.
The next morning, as I was standing talking, my lower back began to seize.
I get regular massages, don't have any serious injury and this has never happened...
It's now been 5 days, and I'm still literally "stuck" at home, can't work etc.
I decided to call her to let her know...not as complaint but for information/follow up since she insisted I should book another appoint soon.
She told me that since she did "so much work on upper back, the lower back suffered". I asked why she couldn't have warned me or perhaps done less, given such a possible outcome? All I got was an apology, sincere, but limited. She actually hoped I'd go back so she would do "less" next time to aggravate my body. One could say it's not her fault, which is partially true, but she did say she felt somewhat responsible and knew she was aggressively working.....Perhaps, had she or the spa suggested a return visit, complimentary or anything, simply out of courtesy...
I've never written a review but this strikes me as poor customer service.

As a "spa", its just not good enough... small mens spa area (women's is not very big either), smaller than a 3 1/2 apartment has two showers (nothing special). there is one "igloo" mist which smells great but is useful for a bout max 4 min then you done with it and its not even that cold. there is one tiny sauna for max 2 guys, also it does not get that hot. this area is like max 400sqft, its a joke (can pay the same $ for better elsewhere). fyi no Jacuzzi/pool. massage was rough because I dont stretch after gym and I did feel a bit looser after(so it was ok). spa scandinav in old port is much better or dix30 skyspa is even more better. I have never been to Bota Bota NOR Rainspa NOR Spa Espace Nomade (all those spas are near downtown MTL) but I would recommend taking your chances there instead based on their amenities/pics/reviews that I have seen.

Spa Eastman and it's staff are completely unprofessional. I booked a spa day last Thursday to relax. With the intention of doing a facial, manicure and pedicure with Kathy. I was completely dissatisfied with the services and the manager at the end offered no recourse.
I got there 15 mins before my appointment which was at 1pm. My appointment started 20 mins late. I had shellac polish on my nails... Prior to my appointment I soaked most of the shellac off myself. Kathy tried soaking the shellac off and lost patience before taking it off completely and decided to polish my nails (with the old polish as well as cotton still stuck around the edges)! The polish was not put on smoothly and my nails were a complete mess.
For my pedicure the nail polish was apparently no longer good so I was unable to get a smooth polish and was promised that it would fixed after my facial.
After my facial I was informed that Kathy had no more time as she had a massage booked and was unable to finish.
I left stressed... Completely saddened and without done nails and toes. Yet still paid for all the services.
I later went to another salon to have everything redone. Spending more money.
I will never return to this spa. And I would recommend that if you want a relaxing and good experience that you book with another spa.

disappointed in this spa and the customer service. did not receive the treatment I asked for because of spa policy (unknown to me) and they refused to adjust the price, even threatened to charge my credit card if I did not pay.
