I have been there at least 3-4 times for waxing over the years, hoping that I would have a better experience each time but after today I will definitely never return. I am not sure if they know what they are doing at all, also the fact that they only take cash is extremely inconvenient.

Like it was said before, it is truly tuff to take an appointment for that place, they never answer the phone!!
Worst massage ever. The woman who gave me the massage doesnt know whats a swedish massage, it was a mix of Reiki and something else (but when i bought the massage it wasnt explained) but anyways not relaxing at all. She massage me only back side, and almost only my back.
Also, the place is a basement and there is not windows... but they do shellac inside the place. The smell was so intense i felt intoxicated after 5 minutes!!
Not a great experience.

I loved this place- she was meticulous and my shellac nails were perfect for 2+ weeks. Beautiful salon as well.

Excellent service, staff is very friendly, i went for a massage a couple of times now and i really recommend this place. They also have a mini fitness gym and offer laser hair removal

Very quick, mostly painless, missed a some minor spots on the shoulders (got a back waxing).
Issue is that online and in spa they advertised for $25, but the owner charged $45 (came out to +$50 incl tax, was expecting to pay 40 including tip, ended up paying 60 [tipped b/c, hey it's just good manners and because the esthetician was fast and I only noticed the patches when I got home.])
Wouldn't repeat business. Great music though.
