I've been a client for over 10 years, with a minimum of 8 massages per year. If that alone does not convince you, let me tell you more. Spa Les Cent Ciels is composed of professional team members: from the receptionist, to the owner, to the massage therapists. They are bilingual and always take the time to "know their client" prior to performing a massage. As I have had a BACK injury, this is 'essentiel" for me.
Although I have grown accustomed to 1 particular therapist, upon her absence (or the conflict in my schedule), I have no qualms about trying another therapist (they review your file prior to your massage). I am always very pleasantly surprised by their varied skills & techniques and I do believe each masseur(se) have their own strengths, which may be beneficial to you, depending on your current need. So, although there is variation, from one to another, no massage goes without a benefit to you.
The prices have remained constant throughout the years, which are very reasonable and buying a massage package allows you to use the sauna facilities. This may be an added benefit if you need to relax or have the flu.
I have never felt intimidated as the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. As a regular, I feel like a member of a whisper-type "Cheers".
Although the decor may have slightly changed throughout the years (except for their 1980s white, leather couch), the most important is that the cleanliness has remained. They also sell a great aromatherapy spray, which relaxes me into the "zen" moment (which used to "welcome you" into the spa but no longer seems to be the case).
The only downside is their location (for drivers) & the entrance/exit door (which is awkwardly placed for the entrance). Parking is a pain. If you want free parking, be sure to leave early and scour the area. If not, be prepared to pay the meters on Mont-Royal.
If you take public transit, the location is ideal!!!!!
Overall, even after visiting bigger, more popular (expensive) spas, I always come back to this one. If you want quality, at a great price, with basic simplicity, this is it!!!! Enjoy your relaxation experience!!!

I am never disappointed when I get a massage here. Really great masseuses. Simple, clean quiet atmosphere. Fair prices too. Perfect for an in-town massage at an affordable price.
