Took us in last minute, were very kind and patient and treated us with so much respect. Gave us time even if we were a last minute appointment. And they speak English so bonus!

Very nice service for pets of all types. Legal pets of all types. Some pets are illegal in Quebec, apparently.

I went to this vet and I had an AMAZING experience. The receptionist was welcoming and easy to talk to. The vet Julie was great, she was very insightful and genuine. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasent and would definitely recommend this vet.
PS. We got a free quality big bag of cat food to treat our cats urinary infection!!

I went to this vet and I had an AMAZING experience. The receptionist was welcoming and easy to talk to. The vet Julie was great, she was very insightful and genuine. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasent and would definitely recommend this vet.
PS. We got a free quality big bag of cat food to treat our cats urinary infection!!

used to live right next to Baker, so I brought my dog there. Now I moved to the West Island and still bring him there. Best service, staff is really on top of their game and make your experience very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone with pets and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

After several not so great experiences with other vets, I felt immediately at ease after just one phone call to Baker Animal Hospital, and after officially having our first consult with Dr. Slodovnick, I can say with confidence that this is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to, hands down! She asked us questions about our pup, checked in on vaccinations, addressed our concerns, explained food choices without being pushy - she was educating us. Our dog had gotten a tick bite several weeks ago and we had come in for a blood test, she explained what the concerns are with Lyme disease and what to look out for, then showed and explained the blood test results to us. She put us and our dog completely at ease! Upon understanding that we were first time dog parents, they brought in a bag full of educational material, vaccinations, behavioural and training know-how's, she recommended training boot camps, and even gave our pup toys and the tech was so kind as to have gone online and printed reading material on Lyme disease for our reference and gave us a website we could rely on. The doctor wasn't happy to hand out prescriptions for no reason either - I loved everything about my experience with them! Thank you for your personable service and your educated team, it really makes for an enjoyable experience.
