Absolutely wonderful experience here!
Being from the East Coast, my boyfriend and I had no idea where to take our cat when he suddenly got sick. We ended up going to the Delorimier clinic because they were the only ones who would take us last minute, late in the evening. I'm so glad we went here. The staff; from the reception, tech, surgeon, to the vet were so kind and professional!
My little 9 month old kitten ate a magnet and ended up needing an urgent abdominal surgery. I dealt with two vets, both of which were so understanding and took their time to answer my questions and speak with me. The first vet (male, I forget your name I'm sorry!!) was really sympathetic even when I was hysterically crying in his office. They were both really amazing for speaking with me in English, and made an effort to be clear for me. French is my second language and while I usually try my best to speak it in Montreal, I was too stressed to even try.
I really appreciated how upfront and thorough they were about the cost. Being a student and a musician we definitely did not have any money to spare, and I appreciated them being really honest about the expenses. It ended up being cheaper than they originally quoted, which was great. The surgeon did an amazing, amazing job and saved his life. This clinic kept our small family intact and we're so grateful!!!!!

I came here for my cat in the 90's and had a great service. I will always remember. I don't remember the vet, but I had a great experience here.

After reading so many good reviews, I was feeling good about taking my dog to this vet. Unfortunately for me I did not have a good experience. The vet seemed to much more focused on making money from me than making sure my dog was healthy. Which is such a shame. The Vet, a gentlemen, focused primarily on telling me all the services $, that the vet could provide me, which took up the majority of my time there. The lack of enthusiasm for my pet and its health was worrisome to say the least. It was evidence to me that money was the focus not the pet at this business. Im happy to see that others had good experiences here, if you do decide to use this Vet, I would suggest being ready to think twice about what they suggest for you and your pet.

This is by far the best Clinic I have been to. My dog's vet is caring, honest, she always gives us options. She's very kind to our dog and very VERY patient with the million questions I have. I've been bringing my dog here for almost 4 years. A few times our regular Vet was not available which allowed us to meet at least 3 other vets and all of them were nothing less than wonderful.
This is by far the best Clinic I have been to. My dog's vet is caring, honest, she always gives us options. She's very kind to our dog and very VERY patient with the million questions I have. I've been bringing my dog here for almost 4 years. A few times our regular Vet was not available which allowed us to meet at least 3 other vets and all of them were nothing less than wonderful.
