Had an emergency booking for 11:40. Another more severe emergency came in and we lost our booking. I said we were willing to wait. They weren't willing to work later (past noon). Had to go to the emergency instead which cost us more...

So far I've brought all my animals to this vet clinic , compassionate, helpful even when I'm a crazy fur mama lol..They have fair pricing and always gives me quotes and options when my animals have had complex issues before i confirm anything :)

I took my new rescue cat to this clinic and was assigned to Dr. Heather Labelle. It was such a bad experience. This Vet talks extremely loud (almost yelling) and was very abrasive and rough with the animal. The exam was at a bare minimum. And, she barely answered my questions, with a word or two. I got out of there confused and saddened. When picking a vet, I want someone who knows how to gently handle a pet and show compassion for both the pet and the owner. I had to take my cat to another Vet clinic as I was extremely dissatisfied with my initial experience.

Best place to have your pet checked. They give you all the options and possibilities before even thinking of putting down your pet unless there is really no cure. They won't lie to you they will give you an honest opinion.
