I think this clinic is probably better suited for dogs than cats.
I have been here three times. Today there were three employees in the room, they were all on my cat at once grabbing around his whole body roughly instead of scruffing him. It escalated a lot and my cat was screaming.
In the past, vets have always been able to calmly administer vaccinations without upsetting my cat. He is very friendly with strangers. This vet was able to examine him without issue, 40 minutes in the room without a problem. He hissed at the vet once when poked a third time with the vaccine syringe and he came back with gloves, towels, 2 techs, and a muzzle. It was the same treatment for the vaccination of my second (extremely timid) cat.
I won't be going back because I think this sort of treatment would encourage my cats to be less friendly and more hostile to new people. I am really upset today and my cats are healthy! I wouldn't want to put them in this situation when they are actually sick. I am hoping one of the cat-only clinics in town will be better suited to diffusing the stress of a cat at the vet rather than escalating it.

I've been bringing my pets to this veterinary since 3 years and I always had had the same great service. It's really appreciated how they treated my pets as a person receives treatment at the hospital. The only thing is that it might cost a bit expensive. But it's understandable knowing that they are situated in the proximity of downtown and the Plateau.

The doctors and technicians here are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They have taken excellent care of my current dog as well as many of my foster dogs. My dog gets stressed and anxious very easily and the staff at the clinic are always more than accommodating -- and I cannot stress this enough. They give my pooch the best care and I never worry about them charging me for anything unnecessary. Even though there is a vet clinic a block away from me, I don't mind spending the one hour it takes me to get here because I know my dog is in the best hands.

When my first dog passed away I will never forget their tremendously kind, honest, and professional service. They really helped us with that difficult time. I no longer worry about the going to vet, I feel good taking our new pup to them because I know he'll get excellent care and they are always fair and respectful with me.
