Very Nice staff, but the veterinarian has NO EMPATHY FOR ANIMALS. I had noticed this a few times, but never in a serious situation, until-- when he euthanized my cat, he came in too early after the sedative, but insisted on following through anyway (I was too broken up to protest), and he messed up the barbiturates shot so that, afterwards, her arm looked like she'd been attacked by a racoon. This made her look away from our eye-contact, so that her last moments were spent alone with pain, instead of staring into my loving eyes as she passed. HE EVEN ACCIDENTALLY GOT A SPOT OF HER BLOOD ON MY R-E-C-I-E-T, a permanent reminder of the fact that academic success does not make a good vet (or doctor, for that matter). I'm extremely hurt by this experience. Why not just pretend you care, even if you don't, knowing that these animals are our friends and family?

They have always been very nice and helpful, very organized to remind me of appointments, were very reassuring when my cat got sick for a kidney failure and UTI. Doctors give very clear explanations and show empathy to the owners. Pension is very clean (especially compared to some other places) and I know that my cat is well taken care of. I moved away to South-West 6 years ago and still go there for his appointments. It's definitely a good match between him and the staff there ! I highly recommend this place !

BE CAREFUL DR JOELLE QUIRRON -This is the ugliest and most dangerous clinic i ever seen! They have a doctor that it interested only to get money from you - i came there with my 5 month puppy (1.5 kilo weight) and she wanted to make her at once 3!!!!!! Vaccinations!!!!!! One vaccination was Kennel cough and my dog was actually sick with kennel cough at that moment!!!!Another vaccine vas rabbis that is very serious vaccination as everyone knows! and third vaccination also wanted to do at the same time!!!!! I said to her no sorry i am not going to do it now and more over i am not going to do all at the same day!!!! omg how many animals did you already kill?????? at the same time she tried to convince me to buy vitamins that my dog will need only in one year when she will grow up, come on!!!!!why i need to buy them now if i wont need them for one year ?????also she pre scribed me eye drops antibiotics and three month anti worming medicine that i actually did not ask her and found out about it at the cashier only!!!!!! After all these i received a call in about couple weeks -smth like why you do not come to us you need to make vaccinations???? i was mad and said sorry i wont come to you and gave them reasons. but today 2 month later i received a letter in my mail box saying me that i missing appointments and i need to come and do vaccinations for my dog!!!!!!!!! these people just money makers - the do not care about your animals at all - the doctor name is DR JOELLE QUIRRON - please do not pay attention that she look nice and smily - she wanted to give 3 vaccinations to my dog at once !!!!!! she actually wanted to kill my small puppy !!!! she is only interested in money trust me!!! And another my breeder told me he also brought a dog there and she said that his dog had cataract on both eyes and need serious treatment !!!! he did not trust her and went to another place and they said that there was no cataract at all!!!!!!!!!!! Please be aware of this place!! be carefull people and be more attentive to all that these people say and do! cause unfortunately these private clinics mostly interested in only earning money but not it caring about our pets!!!!
