Just wanted a quote for truck rental for 1 day and it would not accept that I wanted to use it in Nanaimo, B.C. Wanted me to give a U.S city name. Just lost a customer!!!!

Expensive. Lots of "extra" charges. I walked out, went to Uhaul and got the same vehicle for ⅓ the cost.

We just arrived . Taking forever. Computer crashed . They didn't explain that it's 450 deposit for truck. Like wtf. We have never had to pay that everrrrr u haul is the way to go .this place is terrible. Still waiting game nose were 45 min behind schedule and we were here on tjme

Wasn't impressed with how they explained pricing our rates. I'm sure I want swindled, but I won't be going there again. Truck was in awesome shape.
