My experience at Scotia Bank has the best service both on telephone and in banking the wait to see a representative is justify and they helped you like everyday.

The worst bank I've ever Tried to deal with. I attempting to resolve a serious problem when the rude woman on the phone interrupted me and told Me I was being unprofessional because I attempted to stop her from interrupting me...go figure. No one answer the phone so you can't even get help that way. Very sad, very sad...NO customer service either.
