Good flavor to food. Pazorotti crisp. Loved the sauce. All bread little filling. Same with the chicken club. Big wrap over abundance of lettuce but not enough chicken or bacon. Friendly staff

Traditional Italian fare on the menu that is tasty and easy on the budget. Average selection of beers on tap. What makes it a good choice to visit is the staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome

I went there for a late lunch. We ordered off the gluten friendly menu. The steak was delicious. We love going there. It is lovely that they have a gluten free menu as one of our family members has celiac. There was one thing that was a mistake, but I didn't realize it until after I left. They forgot to include the shrimp I ordered. I wasn't upset because it wasn't included on the bill either.

The staff at east side Mario's was kind fast and knowledgeable!! They had us in and out in no time at all!! But last time we took our time and once again the staff was never far away BUT far away enough !!! Attentive but not too attentive , and the food was authentic Italian real sauce not ketchup!! I can't wait to return!! Thanks alot ladies! All three were beautiful professional young ladies!! No cell phones hanging out of their pockets just hard workers!!! What a great experience

Always a wonderful experience going to this chain restaurant. This particular location is the only one in the North Bay area, and is typically busy on Friday and Saturday night.
The servers are usually very good at keeping the tables clean, fully stocked with bread, salad and drinks and typically make the experience a pleasant one.
This visit I had brought my family out, after a long day of moving. It was a great experience and was a great way to end the exhausting day. We always love the bread and salad options. I usually build my own pasta dish, while the baby eats whatever in sight, and one of the older children loves the cheese cappelletti. The new menu item with fried zucchini is our family favorite, and hope to see it continue on the menu.
