I have had home insurance with a few of the major companies, always dealing directly with them, so this was the first time I've ever used a broker to help me secure a policy. From the moment I spoke to Darlene Hughes, I felt reassured and confident in her abilities. I was not an easy case. Darlene never judged my situation...infact, she showed a great deal of understanding. I ended up with an amazing policy with low premiums. I truly don't know what I would have done without her assistance.

I give McDougall more then a 5 star there are the greats they helped me out a lot and answered all my question even when I had to make a claim there where right there one hundred present if I was to recommend them to any of my friends I would . Thank McDougall for binging there for me

Was very happy with the service Debbie provided when I purchased my truck and needed my first insurance policy. Everything was explained and she made sure I had all the coverages I needed to fully insure my vehicle.
