I have been training BJJ about 8 years now and I have been to a few of the lunch classes here (I work a 10 minuted drive away) and I have to admit that every time I train here, I learn something new which shows the high level caliber of this gym. Also, the head coach, Dainis Nguyen, is very well known in the GTA and the Canadian BJJ scene (to say the least) and has been a high level competitor for years. If you are looking for a top notch and authentic BJJ school near Oshawa, this is the place to go! The people there are extremely down to earth and humble - fantastic learning environment!

Whitby is honestly very lucky to have a bjj school with instructors who are not only great competitors, but also great people who care about their students. A combination that isn't easy to come by.

Great instructors and very welcoming group. Unique in the marketplace and differentiated by their strong family/community emphasis. Also strong competitors, instructors and students alike. Would recommend.

At DNA you feel like part of a family. So much encouragement for all the kids. If you are looking to enroll your child in a martial arts program you need to make this place your one and only stop. All 3 of my kids go and love it.
