She told her un-trained son to do my nails.. after 3 nails where cut I got up and walked out.. they where cut down to the skin vey painful.. DO NOT recommend!

September 2017. I've been to this place on and off for about 10 years. Over the last year I've noticed the change of employees. The husband and wife that own this store just don't care anymore. They say, 5 minutes, pick a color, you wait 10 or more minutes just to get some woman who rushes through everything (the husband does too, when he doesn't stink of smoke). Before, they were welcoming, now it just a quick job and next! Even there prices have skyrocketed. Greed changes people I suppose. I won't be back, Tammy.

I typically would not leave bad reviews, but after going to this salon for my first time less then a week ago I was not impressed. I went in for a shellac manicure, (keeping in mind I have had many from various places) but this had to be the worst. From the start the nail tech was on her cell phone right infront of me, and rushed through my mani. I saw there was something stuck on my nail and she went ahead and painted over it after I had pointed it out. Now four days later all my shellac painted nails have peeled off almost like a sticker in one piece. If anyone knows shellac polish, it usually needs to be soaked off and is a pain to get off even when trying. So for it to peel off after 4 days, I am not happy. Would never and will never be going back.

Not one to write reviews & bash but felt this needed to be shared. After going into the salon and having my shellac nail polish removed off my real nails.. they had left the acetone on my nails for not even 5 mins ( they were in a rush ) and scraped off the remaining shellac polish with the metal tools that they use. I complained it was hurting so they wrapped my nails back with acetone. The lady completely destroyed my nail leaving it to completely fall off not even 5 days later. I've never experienced something so painful in my life. Also, talked Chinese behind my back the entire time. Not a single word of English was said. Will never go back. Very unprofessional. Dirty.

This place was terrible to me, I love giving credit where it is due however there isn't any to give here. My natural nails were long in length when I came here for the first time after my other nail salon owners moved. The lady who helped me was rude and On her cell phone the entire time. She cut my nails way to short (which is fine they will grow) but they were all uneven length! When I tried to tell her she ignored me and acted like she didn't hear me, as her phone call was more important.
She only did one coat of shellac and if you know about nails you know that one coat isn't going to provide much strength to real nails but she said no no, any more and it look bad. Basically shoed me away. Three days later I return with two broken nails and four others chipped. (Just wanted them fixed, with no intentions of ever returning) after being told that they don't "garuntee real nails" and getting attitude from the employees they finally touched up the chips reluctantly and I went on my way. Never going here ever again! Terrible experience
