Trustworthy, authentic yoga teacher training school in Durham region. Friendly teachers and staffs, soothing and Eco-friendly practicing environment. Always bring clients comfort and relaxation for the top priority. The must-go place after work for a healthy life style involved with neighbours home feel chat socially. Member fee is quite reasonable!

Just bought a groupon for here. Had my first class this morning. Cant wait to go back! Very relaxing peaceful and clean environment. Classes everyday of the week and all time slots available.
