Went there last night for the first time before the red blacks game. The service by Daniel was amazing and the food was excellent. Great value for money.

Surprisingly below average experience for such a great location. The patio is nice and big, a little noisy due to bank street traffic. The beers we ordered were flat. The chicken wings were okay, but the price of $15 is way too much for just 1 lb without any sides. Will skip it next time.

This place was good before. The last few months everything has gone downhill. This weekend was our last visit to this place. While the patio is spacious and in a good location, the service was horrible and the food was barely edible. Breakfast order was not what we ordered after waiting an hour for it. Server seemed annoyed that we asked for it to be corrected. Our actual breakfast came out cold. Coffee was an endangered species and was served in cups so dirty and stained that we opted out and had to ask for it to be removed from the bill since we didn't even drink it. Avoid until this place gets it together. Again, was a good restaurant about a year ago...

If I could give this place a -5 I would..
The only good thing about this restaurant is the patio. We arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday night, there were maybe 3 other couples in the entire restaurant (now I know why). The staff took too long to acknowledge we were there, and after we sat ourselves from their direction we waited 5 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. This waiter was terrible, he was very slow, forgot our orders and had to return (didn't take the initiative to write it down). He made it 10 feet and had to turn around and have us repeat what we had just told him. after 30 mins our appetizer came which we announced we would be sharing, he did not bring us plates until we asked. The food was TERRIBLE. The poutine had a gross taste to it, and the club sandwich tasted like a plastic chemical-we did not finish it but still paid for our 50$ meal. We ended up going to the burrito place across the road for better, cheaper and friendlier food and service.

Completely unacceptable!! It took 30 minutes to have a waiter even acknowledge our presence, another 20 minutes to have drinks and another 60 minutes to get our food. Overall, we were there for over 2 hours. The server never came back to offer more drinks, the food order (when it finally arrived), was all wrong - and the quality of the food was below average. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone (Sparks Street location).
