I am satisfied with the quality of service provided to me. Considering that I come from out of province, the Clinic accommodated my appointment at short notice and couriered the completed orthotic to me within 4 weeks at no additional cost.

The Ottawa Foot clinic solved my foot pain in a timely fashion. I did not have to wait long for an appointment. The orthotics fit perfectly and have lasted for over two years. They called me for a follow-up appointment after the two years and I returned to them because they did such a fabulous job the first time and the service was just as incredible the second time. I have recommended the Ottawa Foot Clinic to family and friends and I will continue to do so as their service is fantastic. Renee was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and made we feel at ease, it was a pleasure to be served by her.

I met with Renée at the Gatineau clinic and really appreciated her professionalism and tact. I not only was granted an appointment quickly, but received optimal service. Renée took the time to examine the previous results I had on file and compared them to today's assessment, explaining in detail how making slight adjustments to my new orthotics will make a world of difference to me.
I truly valued my experience and recommend this clinic without hesitation.

After wearing orthotics for 20 years from four different companies, with mixed results, I decided to try out The Ottawa Foot Clinic in its Kanata location. I didn't have any references from friends, but was so impressed with Renee's professionalism and the process she described with FootMaxx in Virginia that I ended up ordering two pairs. These are the best orthotics I've had. They're well made, comfortable and supportive.

My first pair were returned for a different style. No problem. Renee processed this very quickly. FootMaxx's service (to the door) is very fast.

I highly recommend Ottawa Foot Clinic.
